Intentional Visions, LLC does Handyman Services

What’s a Handyman?

  1. A person who does odd jobs
  2. one competent in a variety of small skills or inventive or ingenious in repair or maintenance work merriam-webster.com/dictionary
  3. A generalist able to get many things to work right and look great. — Intentional Visions, LLC

That definition means you call only one person instead of many different people to handle the variety of tasks demanded by property maintenance and ownership.

Sometimes we are called a handy person or odd-jobber, small jobber, multitasker, construction generalist, fixer, repairman, maintenance worker, small project builder.

Who needs a Handyman?

Your Neighbor:

Ask if I've been working in your neighborhood.

You do if:

  • You would rather relax than do those many odd jobs so your place works right and looks good.
  • You don't know how to repair or build something.
  • You don't have or want the tools to do it yourself.
  • You don't have the physical abilities to safely or carefully do the job well.
  • You (or insurance) want the job done better, faster, or more professionally than you can do it yourself.

Do You..

  • have a business to run with no time to fix that sticky door?
  • have a house to sell and many little things to fix for the best price?
  • have more rental property maintenance to do?
